I do use colored pencils with gamsol (mineral spirits) and sometimes use distress inks for coloring too. I've even used the Copics and then shaded over top with colored pencil to get a more dramatic shading. All three of these methods work well with digital stamps. It just depends on which one you prefer and the look you are trying to achieve. Usually I find the pencil and MS method achieve a softer look and the copics a more dramatic look. For me the copics are just quicker. For tutorials on how to do the pencil or copics just check on You Tube. There are a ton of how to videos. If I can be of any assistance just let me know.Karel Hamiltonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02040703758761461694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6629288692117100238.post-17762320441938207022011-08-12T11:49:16.023-04:002011-08-12T11:49:16.023-04:00What colors do you have of Copics. I was thinking about trying to use digi stamps and would like to know what you think works the best when coloring with digi stamps. I read another post where the lady used colored pencils either with a copic blender or baby oil. Do you only use copics?
Maria
mdowner at swnebr dot net
www.mdcraftcorner.blogspot.comMariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08788591895648150094noreply@blogger.com
