What a block head!!!

Wow, it's been a long time since my last post. Been SO busy with Summer that I just got behind. But with Fall around the corner, things are starting to settle down and I am here to share this cute project with you.
I made these from little wooden blocks. I painted all of the blocks first, covered them with matching decorative papers, and then sanded all the edges. I drilled holes for the stem and neck screws and then inserted the dowels.
(I should have drilled the holes for the neck screws down a lot lower, but it works and I didn't want to start over.)
I added green ribbon to the pumpkin stem to represent the leaves. All of the facial features are from files from Treasure Box Designs.
A little ribbon to the ghost finished it off nicely.

I had fun making these little 'block heads'. They'll look cute stacked up as shelf sitters on my shelf this Halloween. Thanks for stopping in! Happy Crafting.
